You have responsibilities as a tenant – one of which is to pay the rent regularly and on time. If you find at any time that you cannot make your rent payments, please contact your nearest YHN Housing Services office for advice.  We can only help you when you tell us you are having problems. We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent by
  • providing different payment methods
  • offering help and advice if you’re in financial difficulty
  • responding to questions and explaining your rent account
  • providing easy access to your account and statement information
