Extra support to find a home or manage your tenancy

We want to:

  • Help you stay in your tenancy
  • Help you access the right accommodation for you
  • Help you set up and run your home well
  • Help you to stay safe and have good health and wellbeing

We offer the following services:

Pathways Service

This service provides a pathway to housing and support for customers; ​

  • Coming out of hospital ​
  • Moving on from supported accommodation
  • Experiencing domestic abuse ​
  • Who are street homeless through a ‘housing first approach’
  • Experiencing mental health issues 
  • Benefits and managing your money​
  • Armed Forces support 

Floating Service

This service supports YHN customers at any point, with the help they need to prepare for, set up and manage their tenancy successfully throughout their ​lives​.

Refugee Service

This service supports newly granted refugees to access housing and support in order to prevent homelessness.

Young People Service

This service supports young people with practical and emotional support and access to housing to prepare them for independence and achieving their full potential, as well as offering emergency accommodation and semi-independent living​. Find out more about the service.
