All of our schemes have an onsite Housing Plus officer, offering day to day housing support to enable independent living, in a relaxed and safe atmosphere, with 24 hour emergency call systems providing additional security.
Our staff are on hand to provide support, take care of building management and help to promote a positive and vibrant social environment.
We manage Assisted Living housing schemes for customers over the age of 55 with a care need. Each customer has their own independent apartment, with the additional support of a care team and enhanced housing management service
We offer tailored services that help older people to live independently in their own homes. Our Housing Plus – Community service can provide customers who don’t live in one of the developments we manage with a little extra housing support along with social and wellbeing activities. This includes access to a Housing Plus Officer, inclusion in activities happening at a local Housing Plus - Sheltered scheme along with Ostara, our 24/7 alarm and response service.
Housing Plus - Supported Living
We manage supported housing schemes for customers with a learning disability or autism.
Our Supported Living developments are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that customers can receive the support they need to live safe and independent lives.
Our community clusters provide a higher level of support during the day and night. Customers live in their own bungalow with care staff onsite to help with 24 hour care, planning and making decisions.
We also provide housing management services to mental health rehabilitation and crisis flats in Newcastle.
We work closely with families and other key partners, such as Leazes Homes, care providers and Adult Social Care, to support independent living, reduce social isolation and actively promote health and wellbeing.
Each of our Supported Living developments have been purpose-built to the highest standard and offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments with 24-hour emergency call systems and staff support available 24 hours a day.
