Making your rent payments

Your rent is charged weekly on a Monday to your account and payments should be made in advance of the rent being due.

If you want to pay over a longer period (eg. fortnightly, four weekly, or monthly) you must contact us to make this arrangement.

If you have any questions about your rent account, get in touch and we will offer you a confidential interview, respond to any queries and give you details about your account, including the balance if you need it.

If you are having problems paying your rent it is very important that you contact us so that we can offer you help and support to manage the payments. 

How to view your rent account and statement information

For quick and secure 24/7 access to your statement information, visit 'my account'.

New customers can register using the same link.

To successfully register you will need to have:

  • Your Payment Reference Number - This can be found either on your swipe card or rent statement. Leaseholders can find their reference number on their service charge invoice.
  • Date of Birth
