If you're a YHN customer currently looking for work then YHN's Employability team can offer a wide range of support to help you find employment.
We can help you to develop up-to-date skills and experience to improve your long term employment prospects.
We offer employment ourselves through our Your Homes Your Jobs and Apprenticeship programmes.
We also work with a number of partner organisations in Newcastle to make sure that it is easy to access additional support to develop confidence, find appropriate training courses, write a CV, search for jobs and prepare for interviews with the ultimate aim of helping people gain employment.

We offer a wide range of exciting apprenticeship and paid work placement opportunities across our organisation. In fact, many of our employees first started working for us through our employment programmes.
Our placements are open to all of our customers, regardless of age or background.
