Looking for an opportunity to volunteer and have your say?
Consider joining our scrutiny panel. SIFT (Scrutiny Involvement for Tenants) are a small group of tenants and leaseholders who gather evidence and scrutinise activities at YHN to make recommendations for service improvements.
They have considered many topics such as YHN and NCC’s service delivery and engagement through the Covid 19 pandemic. They have investigated the role tenants and leaseholders play in helping to keep high-rises safe from fire.
The group are independent, led by an experienced consultant, allowing their scrutiny to provide a mechanism for tenants to contribute to improved business performance and to the quality and standards of housing services.
You can read more about them here.
