You should have received letters explaining what our concerns are, and what your options are to keep your tenancy. We’ll also try and visit you at your property, and probably call you to explain the situation in person.
We will always give you a chance to rectify the situation, and make sure you understand what support is available to you to keep your tenancy.
Our last resort is to get a court order to repossess your property.
