Get ready for winter with free equipment and advice

Final event tomorrow (29/11/23)

We will be holding our final Getting Ready for Winter event in Throckley tomorrow.

The event will take place on Tillmouth Park Road/Hallow Drive between 10am and 12pm.

The team will be there offering tips and advice, and answering any questions you might have on damp and mould.

We will also be handing out a range of items to help manage condensation, such as clothes horses, humidity meters and microfibre cloths.

*The event is weather-permitting and subject to change

Meet our Complaints Panel

  
This lovely bunch (pictured) make up our Complaints Panel. The panel is committed to helping YHN to learn from complaints, to listen to customers’ views and to act upon them.

They meet every other month and use their first-hand experience of our services to let us know what is going well and what could be better at YHN.

Since their inception 6 months ago, the panel have looked at trends in complaints and identified gaps in services. Their feedback has directly impacted services.

The panel have also taken part in training to empower the members and to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and productive environment to openly discuss and analyse our complaints processes.
