The Latest from YHN's Customer Voice Group 

Zara from our Customer Voice Group was invited to the Northern Housing Consortium Annual Conference to talk about YHN’s approach to hearing the customer voice and all the great work we’ve been doing around building safety with our customers living in high rise blocks.

In December, 6 customers from our Customer Voice Group took part in the YHN and Leazes Homes Board away day. The Board were given an update on what the Customer Voice Group has achieved in its first year and together they discussed how the group can continue to improve. 

Launch of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey

In April 2023, the government introduced new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) for social housing landlords including councils. The Regulator of Social Housing will use the TSMs to measure whether social housing landlords are delivering good quality homes and housing services.

In December we launched our survey as we want to listen to your views and act upon them. Please look out for and fill in the survey, you may receive it by post, text or email.
