Making living easier - the YHN way

2019 was the year we set our big, bold, ambitious vision- to be ‘first for housing’. Since then, we have faced numerous challenges as an organisation as well as a community- from a global pandemic to a cost-of-living crisis. But despite these obstacles, we remain steadfast in our ambition to be ‘first for housing’ and make living easier for our customers.

Now is an excellent time for us to refocus our priorities. Our customers will always be at the heart of the decisions we make and our new twelve-month business plan will provide us with the flexibility to continue to support our customers in an ever-changing world. 



Customer voice is vitally important to us, and we know that many of our priorities from last year remain equally as important for our customers this year. Although we have made great strides in our effort to ‘do the basics brilliantly’, there is always room to continue to improve. In recognition of what our customers have told us, we are adding two new objectives to our business plan.
