Important information for people who receive Universal Credit

Your rent changes in April.  If you live in one of the properties we manage and receive Universal Credit you need to update your online account to make sure your new rent amount is recorded.

Leazes Homes customers

If you live in a Leazes Homes property and receive Universal Credit please check your ‘to do’ on your online account and follow the instructions to confirm your housing costs. You should do this on Monday 3 April.

Your Homes Newcastle customers

If you live in a Your Homes Newcastle/Newcastle City Council property and receive Universal Credit please check your ‘to do’ on your online account and follow the instructions to confirm your housing costs. You should do this on Monday 10 April.
