Talk with Tina
Tina Drury is the Group Managing Director at Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) and she would like to invite you to come and speak to her at different venues across Newcastle.
Tina joined YHN in 2016 and is passionate about improving our services and making a difference to the lives of our customers.
In April 2022, we launched a 12-month plan which was led by your feedback. You had told us you want to be able to easily access our services, be greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff, and know when and how problems will be dealt with when they arise.
Now, halfway through our plan, we’re inviting you to ‘Talk with Tina’ so you can tell her how you think we’re doing and give her your ideas about how we can improve our organisation and make our services even better.
We have an event in the following location in 2023:
