Welcome to our web page designed to help you make better use of the internet, accessing electronic services and getting online.

There are lots of reasons why it’s a good idea for you to have access to a computer and to be able to use the internet.

The world is going digital and many things we take for granted as part of our everyday lives can now be done online – shopping, banking, searching for holidays, learning, watching films, searching for a job, keeping in touch with friends and family and much more.

For many people using the internet is as much a part of everyday life as using gas, electricity or water. Getting online can make your life easier, save you money and open up a whole range of new opportunities! Not only that, but more and more services are being provided electronically too. We want to make sure that you don’t get left behind and can take full advantage of all the opportunities on offer to you.

For example, if you claim benefits such as Housing Benefit, Jobseekers Allowance or Working Tax Credits, government changes mean that with the introduction of Universal Credit, you will be expected to manage your claim online.

So, whether you’ve never switched on a computer before or you’re worried about dipping your toe into online surfing, we can help.

Have a look at the videos below that we have made to help you.
