Changes to Housing Services drop in sessions

East End

Due to demand, we have added an extra session. You can now visit the community hub on a Monday from 10am-2pm and a Thursday from 10am-1:45pm - find us at 83-85 Shields Road, Byker.

Walker

We no longer hold weekly drop in sessions at Walker (previously Tuesday at St Martin's Centre and Thursday at Tree Top Village), but if you would like to arrange a face-to-face appointment, please call us on 0191 278 8600 and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you. You can also email walker@yhn.org.uk.

Our other Housing Services drop in sessions remain unchanged:

West End - West End Customer Service Centre, Condercum Road, Benwell 

• Monday 10am-4.30pm 
• Wednesday 10am-2pm 
• Friday 10am-4.30pm 
• There is also a community drop in at West End Women & Girls Centre on a Wednesday, 10am-12pm (term time only). Please note, this session is for women only. 

Kenton - The Kenton Centre, Hillview Avenue, North Kenton 

• Tuesday 10am-12:30pm 
• Thursday 1pm - 3:30pm 

Outer West - Outer West Centre, West Denton Way 

• Thursday 1pm-4:30pm 
• There is also a community drop in at the Galafield Centre at Newbiggin Hall on Thursdays, 10am-11am
