We’re expecting the Met Office weather warning to remain in place until Friday so there may be certain repairs that we can’t do until the weather improves but we are working hard to make sure we get to you as soon as we can.

We’ve been working across the city throughout the weekend to deal with the aftermath of Storm Arwen and keep our customers safe. We have set up a specialist response team to deal with the damage and our teams are out and about in estates talking to customers and identifying damage.
Due to circumstances beyond our control our Contact Centre is experiencing high call volumes and we’ve seen a 74% increase in calls over the weekend. We appreciate your patience at this time as our wait times are longer than usual.
If you are calling about storm damage that you have already reported, please be assured that we will have received it, prioritised it and are working through the list as quickly as possible.
