Every year, we produce an annual report so that we can share details of our performance with our customers and leaseholders. It’s nice to look back on what we’ve achieved every 12 months and to show you the breadth of the services we provide, as many people won’t have a reason to engage with all of them.
This year's annual report shares with you headline statistics from services such as repairs, allocations and our contact centre along with an overview of how much rent we collected, how much money we spent investing in homes and how many employment and training opportunities we created for our customers this year. There's also some information about our new business plan as well as our employability team.
