Customer Service Week 2021

Our Customer Service Committee is a big part of how we make sure customers’ voices and views make their way right to the top of YHN so that we know we're doing everything we can to provide excellent standards of customer service.  The Committee is made up of tenants and feeds directly into our Board so that the experiences of our customers are a central part of our decision-making. 

To help us take part in Customer Service Week this week, some of the members of the Committee are sharing their thoughts and experiences with us.   There's a short message below from the Chair of the Committee Tony with an update on recent activity and the Committee's plan for the year ahead.
