The Right to Buy is a legal process and suspected fraudulent applications will be investigated and could result in prosecution if it is found out that your application is fraudulent.
The Right to Buy team will send a RTB2 Notice within four weeks of receiving your application form either:
At the end of this period if the purchase is still not complete we will withdraw your application to buy your home.
You will need to arrange a completion date with your solicitor and make sure your rent account and any other monies owing to YHN are fully paid prior to completion.
If you decide you no longer want to buy your home you can withdraw at any point up to the day of completion.
