Your concierge service is changing!

As a result of feedback from numerous consultations with residents to find out recommended changes to our concierge service, we are excited to announce the relaunch of our Housing Caretaker service. We are keen to ensure your housing caretakers are at the heart of your community. They will act as a key point of contact for residents with local concerns, as well keeping your block clean, safe and tidy.

Some of the changes include:
    • The creation of a new caretaker role with additional responsibilities
    • Caretakers allocated to specific blocks with new shift patterns
    • A responsive out of hours caretaker available 24/7

When is my drop-in session?

Following a review of the Concierge Service we would like to invite you along to meet your caretaker for your block. The sessions are drop-ins so you can arrive at anytime and stay for as long as you like. Don’t worry if you can’t make your session, we appreciate that not everybody can make the scheduled time, so we will be putting a leaflet through your door with the relevant information, so you won’t miss out.
