What is Think Big?

Think Big is all about you – we want your experiences and your views as a Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) customer to help improve the customer experience for everyone.

Consultation topics

Our Customer Service Committee (CSC), a group of YHN customers from all walks of life who work together to help us improve the experience of our customers, will be leading on this project to ask fellow customers for their views on the topics that matter most to them. These include:

– Repairs
– Types of housing
– Customer services and complaint handling
– The right choice of communication
– Moving homes
– Safe living
– Other programmes and community

How can I get involved?

We’ve created a website to act as a central hub for information and updates about the project. You can also fill out a copy of the survey on this website. To find out more and have your say, visit

We understand that not everyone will have online access so the next edition of our Homes & People magazine will contain a postal version of the survey. If you’ve completed the survey online then there’s no need to fill this in again, but please encourage any friends and family who are YHN customers and aren’t online to complete the survey so they can share their important feedback and views.
