Due to essential IT maintenance being carried out on Saturday 15 August between 9:00am and 5:00pm, the Newcastle City Council website will experience downtime.

During this downtime, you will not be able to use any of the services available through their website, this includes reporting a repair or making a payment online.

Contact Centre phone lines will remain unaffected, and you will still be able to book in repairs by calling us, however some systems the Contact Centre team use may be affected.
