Visit the City Library for YHN support

From 6th January 2020 , YHN Customer Services teams will be available to help at the City Library in central Newcastle from Monday to Friday, 10am – 3pm.

They will be able to answer general enquiries about our services

If you have a specific query for one of our officers, you can visit one of our specialist drop in sessions:

Day Time Drop in session
Monday 1pm – 3pm Housing Solutions (support with housing applications)
Tuesday 10am – 12pm Housing Solutions (support with housing applications)
Wednesday 10am – 12pm Housing Services (support with your home and the area you live)
Thursday 1pm – 3pm Support and Progression (welfare, benefit and debt advice)
Friday 10am- 12pm Income Advice and Collection (support with rent account queries)

Assistance continues to be available at the Kenton, West End and Walker hubs on a drop-in basis.
