From 6th January 2020 , YHN Customer Services teams will be available to help at the City Library in central Newcastle from Monday to Friday, 10am – 3pm.
They will be able to answer general enquiries about our services

Assistance continues to be available at the Kenton, West End and Walker hubs on a drop-in basis.
