Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are really important to us. We want:
• everyone to have the same opportunities to achieve the same or similar outcomes
• to respect and value people’s differences
• for people to feel that they belong and can reach their full potential.
We’ve been talking to our customers and staff about what they think is important to help us set out our approach in a new policy and strategy.
