We are on a journey to improve customer service.
We need you to come and tell us what we need to do to make the customer experience better. At the event you will have the exclusive opportunity to meet Tina Drury our new managing director. She will share her thoughts about her experience at YHN from her first five months and then she wants to hear from you.
The event will be fun with lots of ways to have your say along with:
  • Diary room to give your views,
  • Competition to win a tablet, and
  • Talk to Tina – Question and answer session
There will be two events and you can choose which one you would prefer to come along to:
  • Event 1 – Tuesday 4 October. St James Park, 10am to 1pm (arrive for 10am)
  • Event 2 – Tuesday 4 October, St James Park, 5.30pm to 8pm (arrive for 5.30pm)
