The Kenton, Shieldfield and Westgate Rooms are each the same size and can all accommodate 30 delegates Theatre Style and 16 delegates Board Style. 

The Kenton, Shieldfield and Westgate rooms can also be combined and used as a larger room. Two of the rooms together can accommodate 70 delegates Theatre Style and 30 delegates Board Style. Three of the rooms together can accommodate 100 delegates Theatre Style and 40 delegates Board Style.

All rooms have controllable heating and air conditioning. In addition each room includes a high resolution digital projector, PC and DVD player, a portable flip chart with pens and paper provided and a wireless or hand held microphone to accommodate larger audiences. These facilities are all included in the room hire price.
