The Development Centre, Your Homes Newcastle's brand new conference venue, can offer meeting, training and conference rooms whenever you need them. Our modern, spacious and climate controlled rooms offer competitive pricing and value for money with excellent modern facilities.

The Development Centre includes an ICT Suite and four meeting rooms which can be arranged to suit your individual requirements, to accommodate 2 to 100 delegates. We have an upfront pricing structure with no hidden extras. Room hire starts from £75 per full day. Each room includes a high resolution digital projector, PC and DVD player, a portable flip chart with pens and paper provided and a wireless or hand held microphone to accommodate larger audiences.
