In addition to room hire for your own event, The Development Centre, Your Homes Newcastle offers a wide range of training courses. We are an approved ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Centre. ILM is the UK's leading awarding body for management and leadership education, offering the widest and most flexible range of qualifications available.

As an ILM centre, we deliver flexible, practically-focused qualifications designed for new team leaders to senior managers. Our ILM qualifications equip individuals with skills and knowledge to perform and develop within their role. 

We currently have the following ILM qualifications available. All prices are per person and include Candidate Registration, Certification, Learning Materials and Tutor Support. Prices do not include VAT. We offer discounted rates to the partner organisations that YHN works with. We also offer discounted rates when two or more places are booked.

All learners undertaking an ILM qualification will receive membership of ILM for a minimum of six months. This is designed to help candidates get the most from their course and advance their management career. Studying membership gives access to a wide range of specialist support and development materials and services.
