The amount you would have to pay depends on your eligibility to benefits.  Basic rent, TV aerial, heating infrastructure and communal charges, Wardens LA and furniture are all eligible for Housing Benefit.  The Wardens SP may be eligible for Supporting People subsidy.  All tenants have to pay the heating energy and water charges.  If entitled to Housing Benefit and Supporting People Subsidy the least you would pay is £15.55*.

Older people's bungalow

The basic rent and heating infrastructure is eligible for Housing Benefit and the Community Care alarm for Supporting People subsidy.  If entitled to full Housing Benefit and Supporting People subsidies you would then have to pay £6.00*.
