Everyone has the right to live in an area that is clean, safe and pleasant. We (Your Homes Newcastle) and Newcastle City Council are committed to making sure that you can enjoy your home and your neighbourhood.

As a tenant, you must:

• respect and be considerate to your neighbours; and
• value the different backgrounds, cultures, experiences and circumstances of people who live in your community.
