Improvements and other planned works
We are committed to making sure that every tenant has a modern
and safe home to live in. Our Modern Homes programme aims to
bring all council homes in Newcastle up to and above the
Government’s Decent Homes Standard.
We also carry our other improvements, such as adaptations and
planned maintenance work.
