Sheltered Housing - what we do
We can offer assistance to older people and provide support and
advice on an extensive range of Housing Management Services.
Through delivering excellent customer services we aim to
provide:
- a safe and secure living environment
- a highly focused service specialising on the needs of the
elderly
- high quality affordable housing
- a one stop shop approach for customers
- a multi agency approach with care, health and emergency
services
All sheltered housing schemes are linked to the mobile warden
service. This means that you will have a 24-hour warden
service when your Sheltered Housing Officer is not at work.
We also provide the Community Care Alarm Service which provides
emergency help and support. Click here to find out more
Sheltered housing is safe and secure. Most schemes have a
door-entry system on the main front door. Most schemes have
communal facilities that you can use, such as communal lounges,
kitchens, and laundry.
