Our flats are all one bedroom but those that accommodate couples have larger living areas and bedrooms.
They all have separate kitchens and there is plenty of cupboard space in all the flats. We have central heating throughout the building. All windows are double-glazed and we have a door entry system with a camera for your added security.

How much will it cost?

The average rent for a flat in a sheltered scheme is about £42 per week .The service will cost you about £11 a week. This does not include the charge for general maintenance of the building such as cleaning the shared areas. We include the cost of the service in your rent. We will tell you if we change the charge and we try to keep the cost as low as possible.
