The Spinney is a multi-storey block situated on Newton Road, Heaton, close to all local amenities and local bus routes.

How much will it cost?

The average rent for a flat in a sheltered scheme is about £62 per week. The service will cost you about £11 a week. This does not include the charge for general maintenance of the building such as cleaning the shared areas. We include the cost of the service in your rent. We will tell you if we change the charge and we try to keep the cost as low as possible.
