Milecastle House is a three storey building located on Stotts Road and Finchley Court in Walker. It is situated close to local bus routes into Newcastle city centre, the local shopping area and other amenities.

One bedroom units in Finchley Court consist of bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. There are gardens to the front and rear which are maintained by Newcastle City Council
 

How much will it cost?

The average rent for a flat in a sheltered scheme is about £42 per week .The service will cost you about £11 a week. This does not include the charge for general maintenance of the building such as cleaning the shared areas. We include the cost of the service in your rent. We will tell you if we change the charge and we try to keep the cost as low as possible.
