Sheltered Housing - how we perform


We use our Service Standards and other targets to make sure our service is the best it can be.  By checking our performance every month, we can see which parts of our services are working well, and look for ways to improve.

Our sheltered housing service also monitors the completion of daily calls, which check residents are safe and well, and the number of voids (empty properties) and amount of arrears (overdue rent payments) to make sure our sheltered housing schemes are thriving.

We send a poster to every sheltered housing scheme to tell residents about our performance every 3 months.  Click here to see the latest poster.
