Complaints

If you are not happy with any aspect of your repair please tell us. This will help us identify how we can improve our service. You can complain if:

  • Your repair is late
  • Your repair is poor quality
  • You have a complaint about a member of staff
  • You have any problem with the service provided

Make a Compliment, Complaint or Comment

Discretionary allowance

We must complete certain repairs within a reasonable timescale. We will pay you compensation if there has been an unreasonable delay in completing the repair.
