When you report a repair we will give you a job reference number and advise you what work will be carried out and, if possible, when.  We will always attempt to make appointments for repairs; however when an appointment is not possible we will carry out repairs as soon as we can.

Our staff will be wearing uniform and will always carry ID which you should ask to see.

Repairs Handbook

In October 2007 we published our first Repairs Handbook for tenants.  The booklet helps you report any repairs to your home over the phone – helping you and our repairs team to identify exactly what’s wrong.
