Planned Maintenance

Repairs to fencing, guttering, brickwork and paths will be carried out on a programmed basis. You will be informed when this programme of maintenance will be done in your area.

The testing and servicing of door entry, smoke alarms, electrical systems are also carried out on a programmed basis. If you have any problems with any of these systems please contact the Repairs Centre.

Communal Repairs
