Repairs - how we perform


We monitor what we do to ensure that we deliver all repairs on time and to the correct standard.

We measure:

  • 16 key performance indicators
  • Performance against published Service Standards
  • Complaints
  • Jobs completed on time
  • Missed appointments

A report describing how the repairs service has performed against these standards is presented to the YHN Board on a regular basis (usually every three months).  Visit How we are doing to read recent Performance Monitoring Reports.
