Repairs - how we perform
We monitor what we do to ensure that we deliver all repairs on
time and to the correct standard.
We measure:
- 16 key performance indicators
- Performance against published Service Standards
- Complaints
- Jobs completed on time
- Missed appointments
A report describing how the repairs service has performed
against these standards is presented to the YHN Board on a
regular basis (usually every three months). Visit
