Every three months we run a free prize draw where you could win £250!

We’re running this to say ‘thank you’ to tenants who pay their rent on time.  And yes, it includes tenants on housing benefit.

The draws take place in the first week of January, April, July and October.

If your account is up-to-date, you will be included automatically!

Win an extra £50!

If you sign up to pay your rent by Direct Debit you could win an extra £50 a month! We run a separate monthly prize draw for everyone who pays their rent by Direct Debit.

Terms and conditions

YHN employees, Board members or agents are not eligible to enter.
Tenants can opt out at any time.
For the £250 rent draw accounts must be on our records as clear at the end of each financial quarter.
Money cannot be substituted with any other equivalent value prize.
Prizes will be awarded to registered tenant only.

Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
