The Garden Care Scheme helps to maintain your garden and improve the community you live in.

We will try to carry out your request at each visit.  However, the garden teams may be restricted by guidelines and weather conditions.

Work carried out by the Garden Care Team could include any of the following:

• Grass cutting
• Hedge trimming
• Border weed control
• Litter picking
• Pruning
• General maintenance

How to get a referral

Referrals can be made through your local housing office or by phoning the garden administration section on 0191 2781899.

Our commitment

We will visit you on 11 occasions throughout a twelve month period.
