Following advice from the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, we no longer collect the annual charge towards the Communal Painting Fund which was held in a property specific fund to pay towards painting the structure of your building as part of our cyclical painting programme.  

All Leaseholders have been contacted individually and all refunds issued where required.

It is the freeholder’s responsibility to maintain the exterior of your building and if any future painting work is identified at your block of properties then you will be required to pay your share of the costs in full.
