All Leaseholders now have the opportunity to join the Gas Safety Plan for Leaseholders. This is being offered by City Build who are Newcastle City Council’s own building and property maintenance company.

We recommend that all gas appliances are serviced on an annual basis to make sure they are safe and in full working order.

For a one off annual payment, or direct debit instalments, you can have the peace of mind of knowing that your appliances are working as they should be.
