We have successfully completed the changes to our housing offices.  These changes were shaped by our customers' views and comments, following consultation with tenants in spring 2006.

This has resulted in:

• bringing together staff from 20 community housing offices to work from 11 main offices, plus three satellites. This has meant our staff area able to get out onto estates more
  
  
• main offices are now open longer, until 4.30pm, except on a Wednesday when we close at 3.00pm
  
  
• telephone enquiries to local offices are answered until 9.00pm (Monday to Friday) and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday
  
  
• a network of well-located housing offices that are accessible and comply with the Disability Discrimination Act
