We supply furniture to tenants to help them set up their homes.  The service is available when you first take a tenancy.  The furniture is supplied in exchange for a weekly payment that we add to your rent.

The items we offer range from three-piece suites, beds and washing machines to kettles, crockery and cutlery. 

We also provide basic child safety equipment free of charge to low income families in Newcastle.

We also provide a Garden Care Service to tenants of YHN.
