Flood detector

- automatically dials our Response Centre when water is detected, so that we can tell you immediately
- our Response Centre will notify you as soon as water is detected on the floor
- protects you and your property.

Carer alert

- used on-site by a carer or warden to monitor alerts from your telecare devices
- automatically alerts our Response Centre if your carer/warden does not respond
- monitors up to 8 telecare devices
- can be used portably on-site.

Fall detector

- automatically dials our Response Centre if you fall and are unable to get up again
- choice of devices worn round the neck or waist
- includes pendant button to dial control centre manually
- splashproof for use in the kitchen or bathroom.

Bed occupancy sensor

- uses a pressure pad sensor to send an alert if you get out of bed for an unusual amount of time
- can automatically switch a lamp on or off to help prevent trips and falls
- can be used in chairs or wheelchairs
- not suitable for very light people.

Care sensor

-uses an infra-red sensor to send an alert if you get out of bed for an unusual amount of time
- can monitor the whole bed, just one side, or the whole room
- suitable for most people or bed types. 
 

Pill dispenser

-gives you an audio reminder to take medication at the correct times, alerting our Response Centre if the medication is not tipped out
- securely holds up to 28 separate doses
- can be filled by a carer or by selected pharmacists.

Door exit sensor

- sends an alert if your door is opened at unexpected times so that we can contact your carer, family or friends immediately

Keysafe
(included with every telecare package)

-securely stores a spare key to give our mobile wardens immediate access to your home in an emergency
- bolts to an exterior wall
- can only be opened with a unique PIN code, known only to us
- small and discreet.
