Customer satisfaction with HASBET


Our Housing, Anti Social Behaviour and Enforcement Team carries out satisfaction surveys with all our customers to get feedback about the service we deliver.

This is what you told us about our service in the surveys from 1st April 2010 until 31st March 2011:

  • 77% of customers found it very easy or easy to contact a member of staff in the Housing, Anti Social Behaviour and Enforcement Team.

The customers who completed satsifaction surveys had reported the following types of anti-social behaviour:

  • 78% of customers rated how quickly they were contacted by the Housing, Anti Social Behaviour and Enforcement Team as good.

  • 70% of customers who responded to our survey described the member of staff dealing with their complaint as always helpful.

  • 64% of customers who responded to our survey described the member of staff dealing with their complaint as always knowledgeable.

  • 55% of customers who responded to our survey described the member of staff dealing with their complaint as always fair.

  • 89% of customers who responded to the survey said that staff were friendly and treated them withy respect.

  • 92% of customers who responded to the survey said that staff behaved professionally and politely.

  • 85% of customers who responded to the survey said that staff dealt promptly with their enquiry.  

  • 79% of customers who responded to our survey were either very or fairly satisfied with the way they were kept up to date with the progress of their complaint.

  • 79% of customers who responded to our survey were either very or fairly satisfied with the support they received from HASBET.

  • 74% of customers who responded to our survey were either very or fairly satisfied with the outcome of their complaint.

  • 80% of customers who responded to our survey were either very or fairly satisfied overall with the way that HASBET managed their anti-social behaviour complaint.

  • 88% of customers who responded to our survey were very willing to report anti- social behaviour to us in the future
