Adaptations Service - how we perform

We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously.  Everyone who has an adaptation to their home is invited to complete a customer satisfaction survey.

  • In 2010/2011, 98.1% of respondents were very happy or happy with the overall quality of works carried out in their home.
  • In 2010/2011, we successfully rehoused 26 households to more appropriate homes instead of adapting.
  • In 2010/2011, we installed 1,126 adaptations into people’s homes following an assessment by Adult Services.
