How the work package will be decided for your individual home

Each property will have an individual technical inspection just before works are due to take place on your estate.  This will determine what work needs to be done.

If your home has already had major improvements in the last few years, the Internal or External package would involve a visit to decide “planned maintenance” work that is needed.
 
The general details for each estate were based on information from the Stock Condition Survey that we carried out for 10% of each estate, age and property type in each area. 

There are some estates that are undergoing a review as part of the estate regeneration process.  We will keep you informed of and involved in this
