Still in bed!

8am – 10am

Arrive at work just after 8am for a cup of tea!

Check e-mails and respond to my messages from the previous day including an urgent call to Mrs Jones about the noise complaint she made about tenants in number 52.

10am – 11am

1:1 meeting with my manager Stella to discuss the past month. Spoke to Stella about my request to attend the intermediate Excel training course that is being run by Organisational Development.

11am – 12.30pm

Cover on reception

12.30pm – 1pm

Dinner break

1pm – 3pm

Estate walk-about with Steve, my Housing Services Officer. I spoke to a few tenants about the rubbish on the green and told them that enviro-call would be collecting it next Wednesday.

I spoke to 5 people who confirmed that they would be attending the Tenant Liaison Meeting tomorrow night.

3pm – 4.30pm

I worked through administration in tray; 3 new applications to put on system, 2 sets of ‘Decoration Vouchers’ processed, 5 letters sent – A quiet day!

4.30pm – 5pm

I finish off outstanding admin and write a to-do list ready for tomorrow. Quite a long day, but picked up a bit of flexi time to go toward my day off on Friday!
